The cranshaft which wemanifacture are made with the method of ‘SHELL’ moulding and vertical heata treatment procedure. They are in GGG90 quality and DIN-1693-1973 norms. Our crankshafts are produces by using sorel metal from the grafit forged iron. Because of the are special materials in the alloy of the crankshaft the its endurance against breaking creeping resistance against the heat, etc. is at top level.
	The chemical combination analysis of the metal is correctly done, before casting. The machanic and the physical properties of the crank are controlled. Furthermore, the quality control procedures are activated in all the critical production stages. In addition the controls of magnetic particuls, tension hardness, and hitting test are activated.
